Nancy D’Amico Passes At 86

Nancy D’Amico, 86, of The Villages, FL, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017. Mrs. D’Amico was born May 15, 1931 in Bronx, NY to Michael and Mary (Rella) DeBartolo.

She was a dress designer and maker for S. Klein’s in Manhattan before she was married, then she became a homemaker.

Nancy moved to The Villages in 2014 from Hueytown, AL.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Estelle and Mort O’Shea of The Villages; brother, Vincent DeBartolo of Bronx, NY; sisters, Anne Caniano of Little Ferry, NJ, Mary Papini and Elizabeth Vacca both of Bronx, NY and Maryanne Celsa of AZ. Nancy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth Leo D’Amico on November 22, 2007; daughter, Mary Ridley on December 23, 2008 and brother, Nicholas DeBartolo.

Visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 1, 2017 with a prayer service following at 3:00 p.m. in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel, located at 410 Webster Street, Wildwood, FL 34785.
