With free agency right around the corner, the Giants have gave LB Spencer Paysinger a right of refusal tender.

The rule with the right of first refusal tender is that Paysinger can sign with any team in free agency. However, it gives the Giants a chance to match any offer that is given to Paysinger from a team that wants to sign him. Paysinger is expected to make about $1.4M according to the Star Ledger.

Paysinger had a total of 65 tackles in all 16 games.
