On Saturday, August 14th, the New York Civic Participation Project (NYCPP) is hosting a demonstration of the DS200 Ballot Scanner system.
This is the new voting machine that will be used in the September primaries. The demonstration is part of on-going efforts to build electoral power among immigrant communities in NYC.
When: Saturday, August 14, 2010. 5:30 p.m.
Where: 928 Intervale Avenue
Who: Latino, European, African, and South Asian community members who are interested in the upcoming elections.
