Joel Balavram, Senior Consumer Frauds Representative for Cuomo

A representative from Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s Office, Joel Balavram, will be speaking to the Rain East Tremont Senior Center on consumer fraud issues as a part of Cuomo’s statewide Smart Seniors Program.

Joel Balavram, who serves as Senior Consumer Frauds Representative from Cuomo’s Harlem Office, will inform participants about how to best avoid consumer scams that frequently target seniors, such as sweepstakes, mail orders, and identity theft.

The event will be held at: Rain East Tremont Senior Center, 2405 E Tremont Ave., Bronx, NY 10461
