Bronx emcee Fred The Godson has signed with eOne Music. An executive for the label confirmed the signing today to HipHopDX.

The announcement came just hours after the label formerly known as Koch Records confirmed that they had signed former Interscope Records artist, Mobile, Alabama's Rich Boy.

Fred, a former XXL Freshman, had released Big Bronx and other notable mixtapes in addition to appearances on retail projects by Jadakiss, Freddie Gibbs & Statik Selektah, KRS-One & Showbiz and Sha Stimuli.

eOne is presently home to fellow Bronx native Fat Joe, as well as Styles P and Slim Thug.
