When Chabad Chasidic Jew and former U.S. Army intelligence offer, Shimon Waronker, first took over as principal of Jr. High School 22 in the South Bronx it was rated on of the most violent schools in New York City.

Here are his own words about how he turned the school into a success while overcoming stereotypes that his students had about Jews.
