Help Identify A Forcible Touching Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached photo in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 41 Precinct (Transit District #12).

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at 1818 hours, at the train station located at the northwest corner of Westchester Avenue and Simpson Street, a 54-year-old female victim was on board a northbound #2 train when an unidentified individual did forcibly grab her buttocks. The victim confronted the individual and took a picture of him exiting the train car at the Simpson Street Station. There were no injuries reported.

The individual is described as a male, black, light complexion, full beard, approximately 5’9″ tall, bald with brown eyes. He last seen wearing a black jacket, black kangol cap and a blue button down dress shirt.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782).
