The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the males depicted in the attached surveillance photo and video wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery within the confines of the 48th Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows:
On July 17, 2018 at 01:45 p.m. three males gained entry into a residence located in the vicinity of Monterey Avenue and East 178th Street, where they tied both female victims with duct tape. All three individuals brandished firearms and demanded money from the victims. The individuals removed an Android cellphone before fleeing in a late model black Chevy Suburban with Pennsylvania license plate in the rear.
Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1–800–577–TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1–888–57–PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers’ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
