Forcible Touching Suspect Saught

The New York Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in Bronx.

The details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at approximately 04:40 p.m., a 12-year-old victim was aboard the BX 3 Bus in the vicinity of East 61st Street and Macombs Dam Bridge when an unidentified individual rubbed his private parts through his clothing on the victim’s posterior. The victim exited at the next stop while the individual remained on the bus.

The individual is described as a male Hispanic, light complexion and slim build. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and black and brown sunglasses.

Photo is attached and available at DCPI. The photograph was taken by the victim on the BX 3 bus.
