Notorious “Club Kid Killer” Michael Alig is back in trouble — busted for trespassing and smoking crystal meth in a park outside the Bronx Supreme Court, a police source said Tuesday.

Alig, 50, was arrested on Thursday, after a cop caught him in Joyce Kilmer Park in Concourse at about 1:30 a.m., according to a criminal complaint.

The park closes after dusk, and police found a bag of crystal meth and a pipe with residue from the drug in his jacket pocket, the complaint alleges.

Alig, who ran a number of Manhattan clubs, pleaded guilty to the notorious 1996 murder of his drug dealer, Andre (Angel) Melendez and served 17 years in prison.

He got into an argument with Melendez, which ended with a friend, Robert (Freeze) Riggs, bashing the Melendez with a hammer. Alig then poured Drano in Melendez’s mouth and taped it shut as the body lay in the bathtub. The murderous duo later chopped up the corpse and dumped it in the Hudson River.

They pleaded guilty to manslaughter and each got 10 to 20 years behind bars.

Alig was released in May 2014.

After his arrest Thursday, he was arraigned on drug possession and trespass charges, and pleaded guilty to trespass in exchange for a conditional discharge, sources said.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
