Watertown, NY police charged Miguel A. Reyes, 23, of Bronx, with second-degree criminal impersonation after he allegedly attempted to hide his identity from officers.

Police said Mr. Reyes gave officers a false name to avoid them noticing a warrant active against him from Bronx County Court.

Charged at 5:02 p.m. Friday at 315 Sill Street, he was held pending an appearance in Watertown City Court.
