Cops are looking for a man who allegedly shot a 35-year-old victim early Sunday in Norwood.

The NYPD released a grainy video Monday showing the suspect appearing to fire a gun at the victim, who is not shown in the surveillance.

The shooting occurred at 3515 Rochambeau Avenue, between East Gunhill Road and East 212th Street, about 5:00 a.m.

The alleged shooter and the victim, who did not know each other, had gotten into an argument earlier in the night, a police spokesman said. The victim was standing on the sidewalk some time later when the suspect allegedly approached him and fired the gun multiple times, police said.

The victim, a man whom police did not identify, is in critical condition at St. Barnabas Hospital, police said.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit NYPDCrimestoppers.com.

All calls are strictly confidential.
