Authorities are asking for help identifying a disoriented elderly woman found in the 48th precinct in Bronx.

Police say officers responding to a 911 call about the woman Thursday evening found her at Mapes Avenue and East 180th Street. She was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital and is in stable condition.

Police say she is in her 80s and was found on the street wearing a blue floral print summer dress and pick slippers.
