Fabian Gonzalez Shot Dead In Bronx

US Airforce serviceman Fabian Gonzalez, 21 was shot dead in the East Tremont section of Bronx last night around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.

Fabian and his cousing were shot at because the shooter believed they were friends with a man he had argued with earlier. The cousins were shot at while walking on the street during Fabian's 24-hour leave from his base fort Eustis in Newport News, VA. His cousin was woumded in the gunfire, shot in the leg.

An 18-year-old male, Jordan Agosto, was arrested and charged with a second degree murder and manslaughter. His next court date is set on June 1, 2012.
