Kerry Washington, the Scandal starlet, 41, went for short and sweet style during a benefit for the Bronx Children’s Museum at NYC’s Edison Ballroom Tuesday evening.

The Confirmation actress flashed her thin stems in a sleeveless mini-dress with silver snaps along the waist, arms, and gently pleated skirt at the charity affair.

Kerry’s frock balanced a sweet silhouette with tough details to excellent effect.

The sleeveless cut put the Emmy nominated actress’s toned arms on display while a full skirt and shining waistband emphasized her hourglass figure.

Strappy silver heels complemented her dress’s industrial embellishments while elevating the 5foot4 star’s look another level.

The Ray thespian piled her tresses atop her head for an effortless up-do while lining her eyes in bold kohl for a sultry effect.

Putting the finishing touches on her look, Kerry added diamond studs and a boxy black clutch.

Kerry co-chaired the second annual gala, which honored the work of actor Chazz Palminteri, author and activist Sonia Manzano, as well as philanthropists Kerry Walawista and Alan Heilbron.

Addressing the guests at the gala, Washington said “I am profoundly proud to be from the Bronx.”

Last year Kerry was the guest of honor at the children’s museum’s first annual charity auction and fundraising gala.

And the tradition started as a huge success, taking in $520k at the 2017 benefit.
