Nonprofit CEO Brissett-Andre Among 2016 Brava Award Honorees

Yvette Brissett-Andre, Executive Director, Unique People Services (UPS), is a recipient of New York SmartCEO’s 2016 Brava Awards.

Ms. Brissett-Andre joins a distinguished group of women business leaders in the area honored for their passion, dedication and exemplary efforts to make a difference in the lives of others. Combined, the 40 Brava Award recipients generate more than $1.29 billion in annual revenue while employing 9,410 staff.

Ms. Brissett-Andre has been leading Unique People Services since 2008. Through her continued commitment to impactthe lives of countless New Yorkers, she has been instrumental in executing major fundraising campaigns while enhancing the agency’s programs and services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, developmental disabilities and other health challenges.

Ms. Brissett-Andre and her fellow Brava Award winners will be profiled in the July/August issue of SmartCEO magazine. The awards ceremony will take place at Hudson Mercantile in Manhattan on July 27, 2016.
