Saturday, October 3, 2009 Mount St. Michael Academy held an exclusive event for the 1969 Championship football team! These champs and their families celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the team’s unforgettable season in Mount style.

This reunion began with a liturgy in the St. Michael Chapel, followed by hot coco and good conversation. We then cheered on the present team as they battled St. Anthony HS, from LI. Mount dedicated half time to the 1969 Champs, awarding them with mini Mount helmets and honorary awards! Social and buffet dinner followed the Game. Go Mount!
